Started on-site and built his expertise from the scaffolding level up. Damian completed the management buyout in 2019 alongside Colin and Jen, and leads the business with the same hands-on approach that defined his career from day one.
LinkedInA Chartered Member of the CIOB who began his career on-site. Colin oversees all operational delivery, ensuring every project is executed with the technical rigour and site-level understanding that only comes from having done the work yourself.
LinkedInJoined Clan as the company’s accountant and brought the financial discipline that helped build a sustainable, well-run business. Jen completed the management buyout alongside Damian and Colin in 2019 and is also a key voice in Clan’s social value work.
